   The working principle of rail pressure sensor:
1. The core of the sensor is a steel membrane, which cannot be penetrated by the test medium. The Wheatstone bridge circuit on the surface of the steel membrane integrates the strain element.
2. When the pressure is generated, the resistance of the bridge circuit changes due to the strain generated by the strain element. The strain generated by the pressure of the established system will cause the bridge circuit resistance to change and cause the voltage across the 5V bridge composed of the resistive elements to change.
3. The bridge circuit voltage has a corresponding relationship with the pressure on the steel membrane, and is connected to the evaluation circuit through metal wires, amplified by the digital ASIC and converted into an output signal. The output signal is sent to the control unit through the wire harness input 1653, and the pressure is calculated through the characteristic curve inside the control unit.
   If the rail pressure sensor is damaged, it will directly fail to drive the car, and the fuel system will fail. The rail pressure sensor is installed at one end of the rail, mainly to measure the fuel pressure in the common rail pipe. The instantaneous fuel pressure in the rail is measured through a silicon membrane, and the sensor element is mounted on the silicon membrane to convert the fuel pressure into an output.
