The only disadvantage is that the power-on time is long, the resistor is easy to get hot and hot, and it is easy to burn if it is not cooled for a long time. When the blower is working, it rotates to supply air for cooling, so that the blower resistance dissipates heat and prolongs the life of the resistance.

How to check whether it is good or bad: (1) Turn on the fan switch in the cab, check the operation of the electric blower, and require that it rotates normally without abnormal noise. Otherwise, check and troubleshoot. When there is abnormal noise in operation, check whether the fan blades of the blower are damaged or fall off. (2) Check whether the air supply rubber hose is aging and damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced. (3) After starting the engine to heat up, turn on the heater switch and blower switch, the condition of the heating and ventilation equipment should meet the requirements, otherwise, it should be adjusted and repaired.
