  Troubleshooting method of diesel engine oil shut-off Solenoid valve:

  Analysis of the cause of the failure: The diesel engine cannot turn off the fire, which may be due to a problem with the electromagnetic oil shut-off device on the high-pressure oil pump. The solenoid oil shut-off device is composed of Solenoid Valve, solenoid coil, spring and other parts.

  When it is necessary to stop the rotation of the diesel engine, the ignition switch can be turned to "OFF", at this time cut off the power supply of the solenoid coil, the electromagnetic force will disappear, and the spring will push the needle valve of the solenoid valve back to the valve seat and close the oil inlet hole.

  Since the oil circuit was cut off, the high-pressure oil pump stopped supplying oil, and the diesel engine naturally stalled. In order to find out the problem of the electromagnetic oil shut-off device, first remove it from the high-pressure oil pump for testing. When the electromagnetic oil shut-off device is energized, the needle valve can be quickly lifted, and after cutting off the power supply, the needle valve can quickly sit down. This shows that the solenoid valve has good performance. Then a careful observation of the needle valve and valve seat found some iron hard objects on the valve seat, which is likely to be the fault
