When the engine stops running, the fuel supply rod must be pushed to the position where no fuel is supplied before the flameout can be turned off. At present, most of the excavators imported from abroad use the motor to control the flameout.
The purpose of the Flameout Solenoid Valve application: After the parking device is used, it can not only realize the electric control to stop the oil supply, but also keep the power relay energized and the connection state of the charging circuit during the flameout process, so as to prevent the generator from generating inrush current and instantaneous voltage. Breakdown of electronic control equipment (such as EPOS throttle controller and LCD instrument, etc.), the main function is to control the on-off of diesel oil circuit for excavator flameout.
As long as the flameout Solenoid valve does not leak oil or air, it will not be affected if it is disassembled for emergency work, but if there is a fault, it needs to be dealt with in time.
