  Diesel engine oil shut-off Solenoid valve troubleshooting method:

  Check and troubleshoot the circuit First, check and eliminate the circuit of the oil shut-off Solenoid Valve. Turn on the ignition switch and observe whether the oil-cut solenoid valve operates, if not, check the fuse and solenoid valve line. If the ambient temperature is low, the starting preheating device should also be checked for failure.

  Check and troubleshoot the oil circuit First, determine whether the fault is in the low-pressure oil circuit or the high-pressure oil circuit. The rule of thumb is: loosen the exhaust screw of the fuel injection pump, trigger the hand oil pump, observe whether the oil flows at the exhaust screw, if the oil flow is normal, it means that the fault is in the high-pressure oil circuit. If the oil does not flow or foamy diesel fuel flows out, and the hand oil pump cannot be drained for a long time, it indicates that the low-pressure oil circuit is faulty
