D59-105-04 Fuel Stop Solenoid

  Cummins engine automatic stalling has the following reasons and treatment methods:

  1. When the fuel runs out or the fuel shut-off valve cuts off the oil circuit, the fuel shut-off valve should be checked to see if it is open. Check whether there is fuel in the fuel tank,

  2. Fuel quality bottom, 

  3. Fuel pipeline to air leakage, check whether the filter, gasket, pipeline and connecting members are leaking, carry out necessary repairs    4. Oil leakage from the external oil transmission circuit and the internal oil transmission circuit, check the external oil circuit of all filters, gaskets, pipelines and connecting rods, and do the internal oil leakage inspection by the pressurized method

  5. The fuel pump drive shaft is broken, check the clearance of the drive shaft axle box, remove the drive shaft from the fuel pump, replace the damaged shaft, and reassemble the oil pump

  6. The throttle transmission rod is worn or needs to be adjusted, check whether the throttle valve is worn, whether it bites, correct or repair 

  7, the idle spring is improperly assembled, remove the spring, and reinstall it after correction 

  8. The speed limiter centrifugal hammer is not equipped correctly, remove the speed limiter, correct the centrifugal hammer, reassemble    9, there is moisture or wax in the fuel, empty the fuel tank, replace the filter, check whether the fuel pump is damaged, 

  10. The fuel pump is not calibrated correctly, 

  11. The sealing gasket is leaking, carry out pressure inspection, find out the leaking cylinder, repair the cylinder, Replace the seal.
