  The function of the Transmission solenoid valve is to adjust the opening of the Solenoid valve during the shift process to improve the smoothness of the shift. Different solenoid valves control different clutches or brakes, functioning in different gears, each controlled by one or several solenoid valves.

  Solenoid Valve, mainly refers to two pressure regulating solenoid valves, one to adjust the main oil pressure, the other to adjust the hydraulic torque converter lock oil pressure, these two oil pressures also control the oil circuit plate in the shift valve body work, there is a bad work, will cause shift impact, long time will wear out the clutch plate and brake belt in the wave box, causing more serious failure.

Gearbox solenoid valves are roughly divided into two categories,

1: The switching --- energizes the internal coil of the battery valve through a certain current or voltage, and then drives the internal needle valve or ball valve to displace, thereby blocking the section or opening the oil circuit. It is mostly used to control gear shifting

2: Pulse type ---- current duty cycle control, through frequency control. It is mostly used to adjust the oil pressure.
