  The common faults of the Solenoid Valve include burnt coil, abnormal sound, stuck solenoid valve, air leakage, and blocked hole of the pilot valve: 1. Coil burnt out: the solenoid valve does not produce oil after power on, the coil is abnormal in appearance, and the coil has a built-in core The rod has no electromagnetic attraction. The solution is to replace the electromagnetic coil; 2. Abnormal sound: It works normally after power on but there is AC noise. The reason is that there is foreign matter at the pilot valve or the coil nut is loose. The solution is to clean the pilot valve to remove foreign matter and tighten the nut; 3. The solenoid valve is stuck: the gap between the slide valve sleeve and the valve core of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), and it is generally assembled in one piece. When impurities are brought in or there is too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck.
