  A common working principle of the Solenoid valve, the Solenoid Valve has a closed cavity, there are holes in different positions, each hole leads to a different oil pipe, the middle of the cavity is the valve, the two sides are two solenoids, which side of the magnet coil energized valve body will be attracted to which side, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak out different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then through the pressure of the oil to push the piston of the oil gang, the piston drives the piston rod, the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.

  In fact, according to the temperature and pressure of the flowing medium, such as the pipeline has pressure and the self-flowing state has no pressure. Solenoid valves work differently. For example, if zero-voltage start is required in the self-flow state, the coil will completely suck up the gate body after power is applied. As for the solenoid valve in the pressure state, a pin inserted on the gate body is sucked out after the coil is energized, and the gate body is pushed up by the pressure of the fluid itself.

  The difference between these two methods is that the solenoid valve in the self-flow state has a larger volume because the coil has to absorb the entire gate body. The solenoid valve in the pressurized state only needs to suck up the pin, so the volume can be made smaller.
