  The function of the Solenoid valve of the automobile gearbox is: to control the mechanical valve to complete the switching of the oil circuit and the pressure regulation of the oil flow, which is controlled by the transmission electronic control module TCU. The gearbox refers to the transmission, which is used to change the speed and torque from the engine mechanism, which can fix or divide the gear to change the transmission ratio of the output shaft and the input shaft, which is composed of a variable speed transmission mechanism and a control mechanism.

  Simply put, the Solenoid Valve is like a faucet, with different openings, different hydraulic oil flows through it, and different pressures are generated. The solenoid valve is controlled by the transmission electronic control module TCU, basically the neutral and in-gear pressure is a constant value, but the opening of the solenoid valve is adjusted during the shifting process to improve the smoothness of the shift.

  Different solenoid valves control different clutches or brakes and function in different gears. Each gear is the effect of being controlled by  one or several solenoid valves.
