Diagnosis of diesel engine automatic flameout fault: When diagnosing such faults, first apply the rocker handle to rotate the diesel engine crankshaft, and find the fault according to the fault appearance.

(1) The diesel engine crankshaft rotates flexibly, but the fuel injection sound of the injector cannot be heard, you should check whether the diesel fuel in the tank has been used up, if it has been used up, you should add enough diesel fuel, and exclude the air in the oil circuit. If there is diesel fuel in the tank, you should check whether the diesel filter and tank switch are blocked, whether the oil pipe is cracked, and whether the pipe connection bolts are loose. If the oil circuit is unblocked, check whether the diesel has moisture; It should also be checked whether the fuel injection pump plunger is stuck, whether the oil pump spring and the oil outlet valve spring are broken, etc. If the oil pump supply is normal, it may be that the fuel injector couple is dead or the injector spring is broken, and the fuel injector grinding nozzle should be removed or replaced.

 (2) If the diesel engine rotates flexibly, the fuel injection sound of the injector can be heard when the crankshaft of the diesel engine is rotated, indicating that the fuel supply system is working normally. If the diesel engine is well compressed, it should be checked whether the rocker arm and rocker arm seat are broken, whether the valve clearance adjustment screw is loose or broken, and whether the valve pusher is off, all of which can make the valve not open, and cause the diesel engine to stop automatically.

 (3) If the pressure reducing mechanism is not opened, the diesel engine crankshaft can be rotated quickly, and there is even no sense of compression at all, the cylinder head cover should be removed to check whether the valve spring is broken, whether the valve lock clamp is off, whether the valve is broken, etc. If these are normal, you should also check whether the piston is broken, whether the cylinder head gasket is damaged, etc. 

(4) If the diesel engine crankshaft cannot be shaken, it should be immediately checked whether there is cooling water in the water tank, if there is no water in the water tank, it must be that the piston and cylinder liner are stuck due to excessive thermal expansion. At this time, the diesel engine should be allowed to cool itself. Cooling water cannot be added immediately, otherwise it will be damaged due to uneven heating and cooling of diesel engine body, cylinder liner and other parts. If there is water in the water tank, the oil dipstick should be pulled out and the oil level of the oil pan should be checked. When pulling out the dipstick, if a large amount of hot gas comes out of the dipstick jack, the rear cover plate of the body should be removed, and check whether the connecting rod bearing and the main bearing are caused by burning tiles and shaft holding accidents due to poor lubrication. If the bearing part is quite dry, there are no lubricating oil droplets, and the temperature is extremely high, it must be a brick burning and shaft holding accident. Remove the bearing, such as bearing alloy wool pulling, you can use a scraper to scrape the bearing wool part, polish the crankshaft journal with fine emery cloth, find out the cause of tile burning and eliminate the fault, and then reuse; If the bearing alloy has melted or peeled off, it should be replaced with a new part. 

(5) If the body, water tank, back cover plate, etc. are broken, check whether the connecting rod bolt is broken, and whether the upper and lower balance shafts are broken. 

(6) After the above inspection, if the diesel engine works normally and automatically stops, it should be checked whether the supporting tools are produced.
