RE53507 Fuel Shut Off Solenoid

The main reason why the loader cannot extinguish the fire is due to the failure of the Flameout Solenoid Valve.

1. The ignition switch is not powered on or the flame-out rocker switch is broken. Check for power and replace the device. 

2. Each connector is loose. The connector from the dial to the main harness is loose, the connector from the main harness to the power machine harness is loose, the connector of the flameout relay is loose, and the connector connecting the flameout Solenoid valve is loose. 3. The flameout relay is broken. Measured 327A has electricity, short connection 101 line and 327 wire, can be turned off, then the relay is broken, replaced.

In addition, the working environment of the loader is generally relatively bad, often facing wind and snow, exposure to the sun, cold and other conditions, and the paint surface and internal structure of the outer surface often appear rusty. We should also pay attention to maintenance and maintenance, do not do anti-rust treatment, then the aging speed of the loader will be accelerated, affecting the service life.
