Causes of failure and treatment reasons for automatic flameout of diesel engine.

1: Fuel runs out or fuel shut-off valve cuts off oil circuit treatment: Check the fuel shut-off valve to see if it opens. If it is closed, it should be opened. Check the tank for fuel. If the fuel tank has no oil, then refuel reason .

2: poor fuel quality treatment: check and replace fuel reason .

3: fuel pipeline leakage treatment: check whether the connection is loose, whether the pipeline is ruptured, whether the filter is not tightened, etc., and correct the reason one by one。

4: oil leakage treatment of the internal oil transmission circuit or external oil transmission circuit: check the oil leakage of the external oil circuit for all filters, gaskets, pipelines and connections. Use the pressurization method for oil leakage inspection of the internal oil circuit. Repair or replace reason。

5: fuel pump drive shaft fracture treatment: Check whether the gear pump drive shaft is broken. Readjustment or replacement Reason.

6: Improper adjustment or wear treatment of throttle transmission rod: Check the wear situation, replace and adjust the transmission rod.

7: Idle spring assembly is not handled correctly: reassembly adjustment

8: Improper assembly of the speed limiter centrifugal hammer: recalibration
